He has over forty years of firearms experience, from shooting handguns competitively to precision long range rifle shooting.    Richard specializes in Handgun Basics for Beginners and Minnesota Permit to Carry Course.  Richard is listed on the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension web site insuring acceptance by the county sheriff.
